Great thinking, Maria. Some bakers interchange their pancake and waffle recipes, others add a bit more oil to a pancake batter recipe to make crispier waffles. Either way, rely on the form (pancakes on the griddle or waffles from the iron) for breakfast that's a big hit. Happy baking! Irene@KAF
