Jennifer, that's a tough one! You can definitely make a wheat-free rye bread, but it will be quite dense. Our Vollkornbrot recipe is one example of this. You'll need a sourdough starter to make this bread, but it can be a 100% rye starter, which some bakers actually prefer over wheat for its deeper flavor. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
