Hi Pamela, perhaps you'd like to try the recipe called Double Light Rye Bread? it calls for a few other ingredients, including dry milk powder. If you don't have any on hand, you can use fresh milk in place of the water in the recipe. Just be sure to warm it up slightly before using in the recipe. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
