Hello KAF,
I am comparing all of your rye flours and noticed on the label of ingredients that all of them contain wheat. Is this simply due to the rye being milled on the same equipment as wheat? Or, is there more to the story? How much of a 3 lb bag of pumpernickel rye flour is wheat flour? Thank-you for any assistance. ~P
