Is there a recipe where I can make just one loaf of sourdough bread? Every recipe I have is for two loaves. Can I split the ingredients in half and just make one loaf? I have ap flour I have bread flour and I have a beautiful starter I feed religiously but I want to try making just one loaf and fermenting my dough in the refrigerator overnight.
