PJ, I love your blog....and using sourdough to bake. I followed the drying my starter, when I was out of town for my sons wedding and just 'resurrected' my started. It worked like a charm. Thanks. I have two questions. The Crusty No Knead recipe you shared doesn't include starter. Where you sharing it for us to follow your tips on converting so we can add starter? Second, I love using my scale now after your encouragement. Do you have a simple chart that we can use for conversions? I've looked but have yet to find one. Thanks again, Sherri
