KAF website has been my source of information and inspiration since I am also a "newbie" in home bread and baked goodies baking : ) Thank you so much for all the time and efforts you guys put out for us to use and enjoy. I have been trying sourdough bread and it has been a very exciting adventure I would say : ) I have baked two crusty ones so far and after reading this page I feel like trying a lot more various recipes. KA flours and products are amazing! Too bad I have to visit different stores here in Alabama when I need something because not all of them carry everything I need. Anyway keep up the great job guys!
