Have been baking bread (only with KA flour… by "Anna Bucciarelli" (not verified) Crisp crusts on bread will only last for a few days, really. As they sit, they will absorb moisture from the air and become softer and chewier. You can crisp them up by placing them in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes. ~ MJ Reply
