Please update this article and clarify that the measure for measure gluten free flour that you sell DOES include xanthan gum and the all-purpose glute free flour does NOT. I am not sure what would happen if someone added xanthan gum to the measure for measure flour in a recipe but I certainly do not want to find out! Thank you!
