Unfortunately, I have discovered recently that I have become ovo, lactose and gluten intolerant. Could I use most of your recipes by substituting eggs, milk and flour ?
OR would you recommend a site for specifically baking without eggs, milk/cream and usual flour ?It is quite a process and a big adjustment but I know it can be done.
I am already using some of your gluten free recipes.
