I have a recipe for a King Cake that ask for 8 gr. of Xanthan Gum, and also ask for dry yeast, I'm using your King Arthur Gluten Free all purpose flour, that does not have Xantham Gum, do you think that I should use of 1/4 tsp. for a one cup of flour will be enough?
