Hi there, Victoria! We're sorry to hear that your rolls didn't turn out as expected! Was it our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour you were using? If so, we don't recommend using it for yeast baking and suggest our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour instead. Our Measure for Measure Flour doesn't create a strong enough structure for multiple rises. We hope this helps for future baking adventures!
