Hi Tresa! In that case, we'd suggest using our Simple Tortillas recipe and substituting the all-purpose flour called for with our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. We'd recommend rolling your gluten-free tortillas between parchment to make transferring them into the pan easier. We hope this helps! Morgan@KAF
