We've shared it with our packaging team for future consideration, and hope that our recent post on Gluten-Free Flours will answer any lingering questions you may have. The Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour may be a great option for you as it already has xanthan gum added and is designed to work in traditional recipes calling for regular all-purpose flour.
