I have flax and chia seeds for egg substitutes. However, for the butter I can only use coconut oil or olive oil as substitutes. Can I use coconut milk in the pizza crust recipe? I also have to omit the buttermilk powder. Will that affect the outcome of the dough? Your gluten-free sandwich bread recipe offers dairy-free and egg substitute options.
