Karin Anderson May 25, 2017 at 2:34pm Easy to make and delicious. I added a 1/4 tsp of lemon zest. Since not everybody has cooked quinoa at hand: 1/3 cup/60 g quinoa + 2/3 cup water equals about 1 cup cooked quinoa. Bring the water to a boil, add quinoa, and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Reply
