There is orange zest in the crumble. It is an optional ingredient but if it were me, I would be sure to include it! Par-baking the crust is not necessary. When the pie is fresh out of the oven it can be quite juicy. Allowing the pie to rest for several hours or even until the next day those juices solidify some. Store at room temperature. Happy baking!
