I make a mocha creme pie & since some of my family does not like meringue, I top the pie with whipped creme sweetened with light brown sugar. I found this whipped cream recipe years ago in Honest to Goodness (Honestly Good Food from Mr. Lincoln's Hometown[Springfield, IL].
