I wish I had read these tips before trying my hand at whipping cream. I was making a special dessert for Thanksgiving and really wanted to hear the oohs and aahs from my family. In my mind I’m thinking this will be like egg whites. WRONG! I ended up with butter. I can laugh now but was so disappointed in my creation for my Thanksgiving meal.
