1. How long can the stabilized (using Clear Jel) whipping cream to be used to frost a cake be made in advance? 2. Then... how long in advance could a cake frosted with that stabilized whipping cream be held? I'm dealing with wedding baking logistics and appreciate all the help I can get !!!
