Love your advice!! Thank you for having this for us. My question is - how far in advance can we make the stabilized whipped cream for a layered cake? I was going to sandwich the cake tonight(thursday) so that I can decorate tomorrow(friday) and deliver on saturday. From one of the comments you stated that we can hold the cake a day or two ahead. So I am hoping that our answer will be - I should be safe with my time frame of things. Thank you for your answer in advance
