What a great post. I have enjoyed reading this several times and it always brings back great memories of visiting a cabin on a lake here in PA. Unfortunately.. no wild blueberries there. I do pick blueberries at a farm nearby, however, and make this pie. I usually put an oatmeal crumb topping on my fruit pies, but I loved the look of he varied width of the lattice in the pie photographed and tried that ... Very pretty and a little twist on what I usually do.. Thanks Susan.
