I found this dough to be way too sticky - perhaps I did something wrong, but I make bagels, bread, & other baked goods frequently so I don’t think so. I think the amount of water should probably be adjusted down as the normal amount & add the extra 1/4 C if needed. I wish I had read this blog before I made up the dough.
