Lillian, we don't have an exact recipe for this, but it does sound delicious! You could use the basic recipe shown in this post but then instead of shaping into rolls, you can flatten the dough into rounds and add a few ounces of cheese and ham to the center. Fold the dough inwards and pinch the seam shut to ensure all the deliciousness stays inside. Let the dough proof and then follow the steps shown here, starting with just one stuffed pretzel bun at a time in case you need to make adjustments.
