We are happy to hear you are eager to achieve doughnut perfection! The best doughnut recipe will vary based on which baker you ask, but my personal favorite is our Mashed Potato Doughnut recipe. It's a cross between an old-fashioned raised doughnut and a cinnamon-sugar cake-like doughnut. It doesn't actually call for yeast in the dough but the texture is moist, dense, and perfect for dunking in a hot cup of coffee! You'll have to let us know when you find the recipe you like best.
