Folks, I bake an oatmeal cookie using butter. To see what would happen, I used coconut oil which I buy by the 5-gallon pail. Baked on pre-heated Pampered Chef Stones, both looked the same and has similar other qualities. Butter a dairy issue? Use coconut oil. Works for me!
