Today I made the KAF Zucchini Brownies. They are decidedly VERY chocolatey even without the ganache! I did shredded my zucchini as I don't have a food processor here at the summer home and they were fine, not strings or strands noticeable. I made a second batch with zucchini I used my blender to grate. No difference. I did find the first batch quite liquid-y and the second normal thickness. Second batch were higher but texture was the same as the first. Love these and it means another way I can get a bit of that prolific veggie into my hubby without any complaints! Thanks, PJ.
