Hi Jackie, because we're humble bakers and not nutritionists or medically trained, we're unable to tell you which flour will be the best choice to use. What we can do is share links to the nutritional labels of the two flours that would work as a 1:1 substitute in this recipe. The first would be Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour and the second is Paleo Baking Flour. Kindly, Annabelle@KAF
