I don't have powdered milk but i do have powdered buttermilk. Which would be better-using that instead or substituting liquid milk for the water?
Also, what method is recommended for shaping into balls before flattening? Folding to center, rolling between hands, rolling on counter, patting? I only recently learned that the way you form a ball of dough can change the outcome of your rolls.
