We like baking these Brioche Buns in our Hamburger Bun and Mini Pie Pan, which has wells that are 4" in diameter. If you'd like to use 3.5" ramequins, you might want to divide the dough into 8 portions instead of 6 to ensure the dough has enough room to rise appropriately. Bake as directed in the recipe, checking for doneness a few minutes early as smaller buns will bake through more quickly. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
