Is there a substitute for the dry milk? Maybe water or milk? The last time I purchased your dry milk it expired before I even used half of it, so I felt like it was very wasteful. I really want to make these brioche hamburger buns. Also, can this recipe be used to bake a loaf? If so, what size pan would I use? I'll be sure to let you know how my buns turn out.
