Funny you mentioned this. I just used independent silicone muffin liners that were a gift / for pumpkin muffins and they were a total disaster. So much of the muffin stuck in the ridges and they were a nightmare to clean. I understand that everyone wants to use something re-usable but am personally trying to ascertain what is better for the environment, more heat and freezing resistant plastics - or paper that gets tossed
