Did you find that the cupcakes using the foil liners were a bit overdone? I found that the sides were harder because the foil conducts heat? Am I imagining that? Also, thanks you KAF I lightly spray my cupcake liners before putting in the batter and it they peel away from the delicate cupcake with no problem. Thanks for that tip!
