Charlotte Quattlelbaum June 27, 2015 at 8:55am You left out what I think is the more important reason. Do I want a crunchy crust? I always use liners for cupcakes but most muffins (the ones more bread than cake) I want a good crust and therefore never use liners and bake them in a dark pan. Reply
