Hi, just want to share my success with the recipe in a bread machine that doesn’t have a gluten free setting - I used a Panasonic SD BT65P Bread Bakery Automatic Bread Machine. I read the machine instructions and determined that the best setting for gluten free bread would be the “Variety” mode. I followed your instructions and wow!
This is the first really good loaf of gluten free bread that I ever made! Yay!
