Hi Jody, if you are using our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour it already has xanthan gum so you should not add additional xanthan gum to the recipe. If your recipe calls for an all purpose gluten free flour you will want to be sure you are using something like this, unless it specifies for a measure for measure flour blend. Hope this helps!
