Thanks for this! My son (3) has just recently had to switch to gluten free; it's been a transition for sure! I bought a bread maker to help make some bread for him and have been searching for recipes. I saw Kind Arthur has a flour blend with Xanthium Gum included. If I purchase this particular blend, should I still add additional gum? My apologies if this has been asked before!
