Tried the sandwich bread recipe. The bread was very dense and didn't raise very much. I tested my yeast before starting, perfect. My eggs were cold out of the refrigerator. Would that make a difference? Also I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, elevation is 5,000+ feet. What adjustments should I make for altitude? Family member needs gluten free. My first time making GF in bread machine with GF setting.
