Hi,
Since I was diagnosed with Celiac 5 years ago, I have stayed away from bread. Recently, I saw a bread machine with a gluten free setting and wondered if I could make a gf bread that actually tasted good. I came across this blog and had a quick question. I noticed the sandwich bread calls for King Arthur Gluten Free All Purpose Flour and you add xanthan gum. Can I use the Measure to Measure flour instead and leave out the xanthan gum?
