Hi there, Caroline! Our Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread recipe calls for our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour and also has a tip at the bottom of the recipe for how to adjust the recipe to be made in a bread machine. You will want to have xanthan gum on hand as well. We hope this helps and happy baking!
