I am very new gluten free baking. I have a Cuisinart with a gluten free setting. I'd like to make gluten free bread but I need an actual recipe and the type of gluten free flour you suggest. There is so much information on the internet but, it's a bit overwhelming. Do I need to add xanthun gum?
