Hi there, Amonda! We don't recommend using our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour in our Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread recipe. Instead, we'd suggest checking out our Gluten-Free Toasting Sandwich Bread, Gluten-Free Honey-Oat Sandwich Bread, Gluten-Free Double-Molk Sandwich Bread, or Gluten-Free Seed and Nut Bread. All of those recipes call for our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour, though we don't recommend making them in the bread machine. We hope this can help!
