Hi. I just started making bread in the breadmaker? I am gluten free and luckily, my machine has a gluten free setting. However, when the bread is done baking and colling, I noticed that there was lots of flour residue. Is this normal? Also, when I went to go use the few slices that I put in a Rubbermaid container, it was so hard and dry. I froze some slices and even after toasting, it didn't taste good. How do I fix this? My instruction manual for maker is not very helpful.
Should I premix ingredients before adding to the maker? I noticed lots of flour unmixed in the pan during rising.

Thank you. I'm new to bread making in general.
