Hi Jennifer! Because we don't want any of your ingredients to go to waste, we don't recommend making gluten-free bread in a bread machine that doesn't have a gluten-free cycle. You could try using the bread machine to mix it up using the dough cycle and then baking it in a standard loaf pan in your oven, but because gluten-free bread dough is really more of a batter than a dough, it could be a messy process getting it out of the machine and cleaning it.
