Gluten-free flour blends can vary drastically by brand--both the ingredients and the way they behave in baking. We recommend using our Gluten-Free Flour in this recipe for best results, but if you use something else on hand, check out the ingredient list to ensure it is similar to our recipe for brown rice flour blend.
