I have been… by clive copsey (not verified) Clive, we tend to use xanthan gum in our baking rather than psyllium husk or psyllium powder. However, you're welcome to give it a shot if you like; you'll only need a small amount to replace the xanthan gum. See if you like the result! Kye@KAF Reply
