Greetings, All

I have become inspired to make homemade pasta again. I have KA semolina flour, AP, flour and bread, flour.
I have my mom‘s Italian maid,
hand cranked stainless steel pasta sheeter. It has openings for spaghetti, and for fettuccine.
I would appreciate it if someone would post a tried and true homemade simple semolina pasta recipe that I could make any of the three shapes I just mentioned.
