I purchased the 3.5Qt KA Artisan stand mixer with the hopes of making homemade pasta AND desire to purchase the pasta extruder attachment.
However, my husband PREFERS dried organic pasta, especially whole wheat, such as Bionature, for the higher fiber content and lower glycemic index.
Which flour(s) and recipe(s) would you recommend I try in order to duplicate these conditions?
