I'm pretty new to making pasta. When I make it, the first sheet of pasta dries out before I'm done rolling the others. I keep it under a towel, which hardly helps. This is particularly been an issue when I'm making ravioli, and I need the sides to stick to each other. Any tips for preventing the dough from drying out?
