I have read a lot of articles and I want to make and dry pasta nests for christmas gifts this year.
Is drying pasta nests the same process as drying them straight?
do I have to make sure they stay extra dusted before nesting them?
I have read that for drying, make pasta with just flour and water...is adding the egg not a good idea for drying pasta?
